Important Website & Hosting Information

●Hosting & Maintenance is available only for websites built by SparkDog Creative on its supported platform.
●An active Hosting & Maintenance plan is required before your website can launch.
●You may cancel at any time. Service ends at the close of your paid billing period, and a new subscription is required if you later want service restored.
●SparkDog websites are not transferable to another hosting provider or website platform.
●You may save copies of your text and images, but the original design, layout, formatting, and platform-specific functionality cannot be transferred.
●Domain purchase and annual renewal are separate client expenses.
●Additional services and advanced functionality are available at separate prices.

No. You can provide your own text and images with any package, or SparkDog can help with content and imagery. Lightning Launch includes basic content guidance and an existing professionally designed layout; Professional includes more hands-on writing assistance and stock-photo support; First Class includes extensive copywriting and stock-photo support.
 

Can I customize my website's colors, fonts, layout, and images?

Absolutely! Your website can reflect your business's branding, style, and personality. The level of customization depends on your website package, but options may include colors, fonts, page layouts, and images. You can also provide your own suitable images and content.

Can I add more pages later?  
Yes! Additional pages can be added to your website. Pricing ranges from $69 to $89 per page, depending on your website package and the work involved.
 

Can I add special features, widgets, or third-party integrations?

Yes! Depending on your needs, your website may be enhanced with features such as booking tools, forms, payment options, galleries, chat widgets, review displays, email marketing tools, and other third-party integrations. Availability, compatibility, and any additional costs depend on the feature and your website's requirements. We'll help you determine what's possible and what makes sense for your business.

Are hosting and maintenance included in the setup price?
No. The website setup fee is a one-time charge. A separate monthly Hosting & Maintenance plan is required before your website launches.

Can I choose not to have hosting and maintenance?
No. Every SparkDog website requires an active SparkDog Hosting & Maintenance plan to remain published on our platform.

Can I use SparkDog hosting for a website built somewhere else?
No. SparkDog Hosting & Maintenance plans are exclusively for websites built by SparkDog Creative.

Can I keep my existing domain?
In most cases, yes! We can help connect your existing domain, depending on your domain provider and current setup.

Will my website automatically rank highly on Google?
No website designer can guarantee search rankings. Every SparkDog website includes foundational SEO setup to help search engines discover and understand your pages.

Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and service will end at the close of your paid billing period. Once service ends, your website will no longer remain published on SparkDog's platform.

Do you work only with businesses in Gainesville?
Not at all! SparkDog Creative is based in Gainesville, Florida, and serves businesses locally and throughout the United States.
